Important to know before booking:
Our direct booking software (Houfy) works very similarly to Air Bnb and VRBO with a few exceptions. Here's what to expect when booking direct:
1) You will not be charged the 14%(ish) booking fee that you would when booking on Air Bnb and VRBO. A penny saved is a penny earned!
2) Once you submit a request to book, we will receive a notification & then accept your booking. At that point, you'll receive a message from us (via Houfy DM) about how to finalize/secure your booking which is to:
A. Complete a rental agreement via the link we'll provide.
B. Pay a $250 deposit via credit card with the balance due via Venmo 30 days before your checkin date. We JUST signed up to receive credit card payments for the deposit, so there might be a few hiccups to work through. We're grateful for your patience.
