The double sink vanity allows for ample storage for toiletries. In the closet, you'll find all you need to relax on the beach all day while the kids play in the sand toys & water. We provide a Yeti cooler, plenty of beach chairs, towels & the wagon to tote it with.

This tall rain showerhead with hand-held sprayer is perfect for tall and short guests alike.

Make your way upstairs for the 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 private balconies, sitting room & foosball table.

In the upstairs landing, turn the lights down low, flip on the electric candles & floor lamp and cozy up with one of the many provided books or bring your own.

Check your outfit in this full length mirror before heading out for coffee at The Meeting House.

You'll want to sleep in after a comfortable night's sleep thanks to this Sleep Number King mattress & black out curtains. The nightstands and under bed storage offer space for unpacking your suitcases so you can settle in.

Our triple bunk provides a comfortable night's sleep, private balcony overlooking Twinkle Lane (with kid-safe lock) & black out curtains so you can sleep in with ease. The bottom bunk is floor level.

Your kids will have a blast bunking it up with cousins, friends or siblings in this cozy Lodge. In the closet, you'll find Lincoln Logs, a giant tub of Legos and colors for play or alone time. Or rainy days. Dim the touch lamps for a night light before your child climbs into their triple bunk for bedtime & a nighttime storybook.

Curl up with your littles & dive into one of the many books scattered throughout.

This upstairs room offers a queen Sleep Number mattress + a twin sleighbed with 3 lamp & bedside tables for convenience.

Bring your favorite essential oils & create a spa like environment with the diffuser in every room. Need some ideas? Two of my favorites are Cedarwood & Peppermint and Lavender & Valor!

This is the upstairs hallway bathroom for the bunk & queen/twin rooms. The tub is exceptionally deep & perfect for soaking.

The Lodge is on Park Street which provides suitable free parking for large groups who travel with multiple vehicles.

The Lodge is cleaned with plant based Thieves Household Cleaner. Towels are washed with vinegar. No bleach ever.

Washer/Dryer & Plant-based, fragrance free laundry detergent is provided.

Carlton Landing is a resort-style community located on the shores of Lake Eufaula in Eastern Oklahoma. Designed by the same world-class team responsible for Rosemary Beach and Seaside, this charming lakeside town makes for a perfect Oklahoma getaway or place to call home.

Carlton Landing has 3 pools for your enjoyment. The Tower Pool has a kiddie pool. The Boardwalk Pool has a hot tub + 2 outdoor grills + a ping pong table. The third pool is across from The Pantry. All have a covered area for lounging.

Pack your cooler & walk on down to Swim Beach. Rent a Lily Pad or & Kayake for added fun!

Nothing reduces stress more than being in the midst of trees & nature. Explore the many hiking trails surrounding Carlton Landing.

Discover the tucked away playground then set out for an adventure on the nature trails.

Merchants and local artisans set up at the Pop Up Shops Saturdays in the summer. You'll find stylish clothing, furniture, organic skincare & handmade jewelry to name a few.

We provide basketball and pickle ball equipment to enjoy a little good hearted competition. Lights for nighttime enjoyment provided.

Bocce ball is a fun game anyone can play, young or old.

Grab the provided ping pong balls and head to any of the 5 tables scattered around Carlton Landing for a fun (or competitive) game of ping pong.

One of my favorite past-times at CL is strolling around while enjoying the variety of home designs. In a short time, you'll have traveled from the coast to Scandinavia to the French countryside.

The Lodge is just steps away from pretty much everything but renting a golf cart is one of my kids' favorite part about staying at Carlton Landing.

Be whisked away into this charming world where time slows & the only thing that matters is drinking in the moment.

Bicycle rentals are coming soon!!! Carlton Landing is a perfect place to wheel around, so you can rent or plan to bring your own!
