Join us for an intimate, all-inclusive reading retreat with four of your favorite Christian historical fiction authors (to be announced soon đ).
This cozy weekend is designed for deep connectionsâwith each other, with the authors, and with the stories we love.
Readers will stay together in two beautiful homes, sharing meals, conversations, and plenty of bookish fun.

Includes all lodging, meals (except one dinner), author sessions, swag, and retreat activities. Spots are limited! When signups open, be ready to reserve yours with a $150 nonrefundable deposit. The balance is due by November 15.

âď¸ Whereâs the nearest airport?
The closest major airports are Tulsa International Airport (TUL) and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). If you're flying in, let us knowâlimited ride options may be available from both airports. We also encourage carpooling with other attendees to make travel easier and more fun!
đ˝ What meals are included?
Your registration covers 3 breakfasts, 1 lunch, and 2 dinners, including a charcuterie welcome night, a Tulip & Table tea party, and a pizza & pajamas party. Youâll only be responsible for one dinner on your ownâwe recommend The Meeting House within walking distance or you can bring something simple!
đĽ What if I have dietary restrictions?
Weâll have gluten-free and dairy-free options available at every meal (for a small upcharge). Please note any allergies or restrictions when you register so we can accommodate you as best we can.
đ Which authors will be there?
Weâll be announcing our 4 featured Christian historical fiction authors soon! Think of it as a surprise guest list youâll actually love. (Psst⌠weâll be sharing fun hints on Instagram before the big reveal.)
đ Who will I room with?
Rooms will be sharedâthink cozy girlsâ weekend vibes! Once registration opens, youâll get access to a SignUpGenius link where you can choose your spot, including your house, bedroom, and even bed.
If you know you want to share a room or bed with a friend, be sure to coordinate ahead of time so you can sign up at the same time and grab your ideal space. Private rooms are not available.
đľ What does it cost?
The retreat is $400 per person, which includes lodging, all but one meal, author sessions, swag, and all activities.
A $150 nonrefundable deposit will be required when registration opens to hold your spot.
đ Whatâs in the swag bag?
Youâll receive a custom tote filled with handpicked bookish goodiesâlike macrame bookmarks, tea, YLEO roller, a bookish keychain, and moreâplus signed surprises from the authors!
đ Will there be any faith-based activities?
Weâre still finalizing this part of the scheduleâbut possibly! Carlton Landing has a community church worship service on Sunday at 10:00 AM, and Amanda plans to attend if any guests would like to join her.
